Room available in a townhouse complex, gated parking area with designated carport space. Bedroom and shared bath on upper floor, lounge, kitchen, and patio on lower floor. Complex has pools and jacuzzi spas, and is very convenient to all Palm Springs area attractions (this is just a half block from the famous Toucan's Tiki Lounge).
Convenient to public transit, there are also many shopping and dining opportunities within a short walking distance. WiFi and cable TV are in the unit, as well as private laundry facilities included. Smoking on back patio only, and housetrained pets are welcome.
